Terms & Conditions of use.

1. System provides the facilitation of data transafer from Amazon Seller Central Services to Amazon Invoicing. In doings to the Amazon Invoicing system will product 2 files, PDF Invoice File and data.txt file which contains data to be uploaded back to Amazon Seller Central.
2. There is no association between Amazon Invoicing and Amazon Seller Central Service SARL, neither of the two companies are associated or affiliated in anyway. Support of the Amazon Invoicing system is provided by 247 Host Limited.
3. 247 Host Limited endevour to correct errors, data errors, system failures or sever issues within 4 hours on a working day subject to the technical issue, details will be emailed or displayed on site with reference to any issues.
4. Support of the system does not include support of data files downloaded, you should ensure only valid Amazon files are used.
5. No liability is accepted for incorrect processing of the wrong files, should the data be uploaded incorrectly and invoicing issued incorrectly neither 247 Host Ltd or any associated companies be liable for the issue of goods incorrectly.
6. No liability is accepted for loss of business through downtime on the system, the system is offered as means to speed up the processing of data, should the system not be available we would not charge fixed credit fees for that period. Users would need to revert back to previous methods of order completion via Amazon Seller Central in order to continue and meet deadlines if orders cna not wait, however we will endevour to ensure the system returns to normal operation as quickly as possible.
7. The offered 2 week free trial can only be used once per VAT appliction. Applying for multiple accounts will ultimate mean your account is blocked permanently from the system for use, it will not be reinstated under any circumstances.
8. Should you decide not to use the system after loading credits, the credits remaining are non-refundable and would reduce by the monthly minimum until your balance reaches Zero credits.
9. Data files containing personal data are encypted within the system and will be deleted periodically, we will not store data for anything longer than a period of 365 days, data will not be extracted used or copied in any format nor accessed by any 3rd party under any circumstances.
